Since our establishment, Climate Africa SOS (U) Ltd has made significant strides in skilling, entrepreneurship development and environmental conservation in communities in western Uganda. From Unemployment to Entrepreneurship

Sarah's Journey: After participating in our bakery training program, Sarah started her own successful bakery business, now employing 5 other women from her community. Her monthly income increased from $50 to $300, enabling her to support her family and invest in her children's education.

Beekeeping Success Story

Kyagulanyi Youth Group: This group of 15 young people received beekeeping training and equipment. They now manage 50 beehives, producing over 500kg of honey annually. Their success has inspired other youth groups to adopt beekeeping as a sustainable livelihood.

Community Forest Restoration

Bushura Village: Through our tree planting initiative, Bushura Village successfully restored 20 hectares of degraded land. The community now enjoys improved water availability, increased biodiversity, and sustainable fuelwood sources.
